MISSION STATEMENT
Guide Concierge aims to provide exciting, inspiring and immersive experiences, built around walks and venue visits in London. We want to broaden our existing customers from tourists to Londoners. From visitors to city workers. And from day trippers to our schools and universities.
Walking provides physical and mental support to people, regardless of age, gender or race. It helps people re-engage with their city, and open new, different, horizons to people in their personal, professional and private spaces.
GUIDE SPOTLIGHT
All our Guides are licensed, professional and trained. Chris spent 3 years and 15 exams on his Blue Badge and City of London courses. A classic training on castles and cathedrals, palaces and paintings. His past work in advertising was a job, not a passion. Now he is sparked by history, architecture, culture and pubs. His guiding projects now range from small families, through lively school groups, to large corporate events.
WHY WE STARTED GUIDE CONCIERGE
London is an astonishing city, so much so that over 20 million people visited us in 2023. But 10 million Londoners can benefit from a much closer relationship with their home town. People who live and work in the metropolis often find entertainment, corporate or personal, in the theatre, restaurant, or pub.
But few walk and really understand its streets, see the British Museum after hours, or know the stories of the places they work in. Guide Concierge wants to change that by making it easy to do so. You pick your story and your experience.
Whether you are a company looking for a different corporate service, a school looking for a new day trip challenge, or a bunch of friends and family looking to experience a new London, get in touch.
You pick your story. We will do all the logistics and find the right Guide for you.
GUIDES WE WORK WITH
Susannah is a former fashion journalist, now proud Green Badge guide, and a Freeman of the City of London. Join her on everything from historic churches to TV and Entertainment film walks. Slow Horses, and, of course, honorary Londoner Taylor Swift, top her Guiding bill
Paul’s passion for London covers the Blue Badge sites of the Tower and Westminster Abbey. But it is his passion for Royal London that takes you around the secret squares of St James, Chelsea and Kensington.
Native New Yorker Jennifer, has spent the last 30 years in London building her Blue Badge library of Guiding knowledge across the capital, and out to Windsor and Hampton Court amongst other palace gems. The ancient and hidden world of Legal London, is a beauty of a walk.
We have recruited the very best Guides from across London. All can do your classic London around Royalty, Politics, Jewels and Marching Bands. But London is so much more than that. Each of our 500 Guides has a passion. It might be the River Thames, Dickens’ London or Rock ‘n’ Roll in Soho.
